College students helping foster families

They gave up spring break to renovate their homes

College students help those who help others

WOODLAND PARK, Colo. - A group of college students is giving up its spring break to help those who help others.

College Pro Pay is scraping, priming, and painting foster families' homes for free.

One of the homes they're working on is the Medlock's. The couple has 10 children living with them, including biological, adoptive and foster kids.

The family moved into a five-bedroom, 5,000-square-foot home recently, but it needed a lot of work. So they're thankful for the students' handiwork.

"Wow, I just can't believe they're here," Nancy Medlock said. "I'm so excited about it."
