Dog killed in drive-by shooting

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Colorado Springs Police are investigating a late night drive-by shooting. A dog was killed in the shooting on Yuma Street. 

Police say a man was walking his two dogs to meet his teenage nephew and several of his nephew's friends in a nearby park.

As they were leaving the park, a man drove by and started shooting a gun. Police said one of the dogs with the man was killed by a bullet. A nearby town home and a car were also hit by stray bullets.

The man police are looking for was driving a white 2000 or 2001 Mitsubishi Galant with very heavily tinted windows.
