Firefighters quickly put out car fires in Colo. Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Firefighters quickly put out a couple car fires in Colorado Springs early Wednesday morning, and kept the flames from spreading to a nearby home.

The fires happened on Tail Spin Dr around 2:30 a.m.

Firefighters say two cars were on fire in the driveway of a home. They say eight people were home when the fires started, but they were able to get out safely.

Colorado Springs police were also called out to investigate.

The cause of the fires are under investigation.
