Judge rules man accused of Falcon murder fit to stand trial

FALCON, Colo. - The judge ruled on Thursday that Timothy Hagins, who is accused of killing David Stechman, is mentally fit to stand trial.

Stechman's wife found his body in their home in Falcon covered in blood on August 25. Hagins also reportedly broke into a home across the city where he told one resident he had come to "slaughter the lambs."

Hagins next court date is February 8.
