Recent warm weather will allow roads to initially melt snow Wednesday night and early Thursday. As temperatures continue to fall, roads should freeze and produce slick conditions for the Thursday morning commute.
In the Pikes Peak Region the heaviest amounts should be around Pikes Peak and north of Florissant. Many areas only get an inch or two.
The Wet and Sangre de Cristo Mountains should get a general 2"-5" of snow through Thursday with lower elevations getting less.
