Liquor store robber on the loose

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Colorado Springs police are searching for a man who robbed Paul's liquor store on the 2800 block of East Pikes Peak Avenue.

Police said he came in the store around 4:10 p.m. Sunday. He walked to the counter, pointed a handgun at the clerk and demanded money, officials said.

Investigators said the man left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash. He is described as a white man, 5'7" - 5"9", medium build, wearing a blue and green jacket, a black t-shirt, blue jeans, a dark baseball cap and dark sunglasses.
