Possible witnesses to OK homicide could be in Colorado

COLORADO SPRINGS (KRDO) - The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is searching for two men who may have information about the murder of an elderly man in Boise City, Oklahoma last month.

Boise City is in the Oklahoma Panhandle, just 20 miles south of the Colorado border.

Charles Cecil Nieman, 77, of Alva, Oklahoma, was shot and killed by a man in the parking lot of the Loaf 'n Jug in Boise City at approximately 1 p.m. on June 12.

OSBI Forensic Artist Harvey Pratt has produced two sketches of people in the area who could provide useful information about this crime. 

The first individual is a Hispanic male, approximately 30 years old, 5' 10" tall, weighing 165 pounds with black, medium-length hair combed back. He was traveling in a black, 1998-2003 Chevy or GMC extended-cab pickup truck with large tires and aluminum wheels. 

The other man is also Hispanic, approximately 30 years old, and stands between 5' 6" and 5" 8" tall.  

Anyone with information is asked to call the OSBI at 1-800-522-8017. 

The OSBI has up to a $5,000 reward available for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for Nieman's homicide.
