Pueblo stabbing suspect arrested

PUEBLO, Colo. - Pueblo police say they have arrested a woman for attempted murder after she allegedly stabbed another woman multiple times.

Officers were called to the hospital during the early morning hours of February 19, 2014 after a woman showed up there with multiple stab wounds.

The victim, an unidentified 49-year-old woman, was conscious and able to talk with investigators. She gave them information that led them to a home in the 1500 block of W. 15th Street.

The suspect, Kayla Henson, 25, was arrested at the home.

Henson was taken to the Pueblo County Jail and is facing charges for first degree attempted murder.

The victim was treated at the hospital and released.
