Purse snatching victim knocked to the ground, dragged

PUEBLO, Colo. - Pueblo police officers are looking for two women who they say stole another woman's purse outside of a south side church.

The crime happened at 1:11 p.m. on March 10, 2014, outside of the St. Francis Xavier Church at 611 Logan Avenue.

Witnesses say the woman was dragged about 6 feet while the passenger in a silver car leaned out and grabbed her purse.

The victim was taken to the hospital where she was treated for lacerations to her face and hands.

The suspect vehicle is described as a silver, late model Cadillac or Lincoln sedan with out of state license plates.

The driver and passenger are described as thin young women who were wearing hooded sweat shirts.
