Small apartment fire quickly put out

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Colorado Springs firefighters quickly put out a small fire at an apartment complex early Tuesday morning (4/22/14).

It happened around 3 a.m. at the Sunset Creek Apartments on N. Nevada Ave.

Firefighters say the fire started in a utility closet. The cause is under investigation.

In March 2012, another fire at the same apartment complex caused more than $280,000 worth of damage. Fire investigators determined the fire was intentionally set by a juvenile.
