Man Arrested On Child Prostitution Charges

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - A Colorado Springs man is arrested on charges of child prostitution.

Trevor Baker, 20, was arrested and booked into the Criminal Justice Center on Saturday, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department. He has since bonded out.

Baker faces several felony charges including Pimping of a Child, Pandering of a Child, and Procurement of a Child, Keeping a Place of Child Prostitution, Inducement of a Child and Driving under the Influence.

Spokeswoman Barbara Miller said the investigation is being headed by the Metro vice Narcotics and Intelligence unit.

The department?s Internet Crimes against Children unit arrested Baker on Friday. Police will not give any other details about the case, only that it?s on-going and there could be more victims.

A source tells KRDO Newschannel 13 that a temporary restraining order was granted for one of the victims involved in the case.

An advisement hearing for Baker is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.
