2017 AFA graduation commencement speaker announced

AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. - The United States Air Force Academy has announced who will deliver the commencement speech at this year's graduation ceremony. 

General Joseph F. Dunford, Jr. is the nation's highest-ranking military officer, and the principal military advisor to the President, Secretary of Defense, and National Security Council.

Graduation for more than 900 members of the Academy's Class of 2017 will take place at Falcon Stadium on May 24 at 9:30 a.m. 

President Barack Obama delivered the Academy's 2016 commencement speech.
