Monument man accused of sex assault on a child

MONUMENT, Colo. -

Arapahoe County deputies arrested a Monument man for allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy.

The victim is from Arapahoe County. He told deputies he met a man named "Zach" on the Internet. Deputies said the victim revealed his address and that a man showed up at his home and that’s when the sex assault happened.

After an investigation deputies arrested Zachary Hamilton-Smith, 19.

KRDO NewsChannel13 found Hamilton-Smith was active on Facebook and a site called MeetMe. Before his arrest Hamilton-Smith wrote a post on Facebook claiming no one loved him, and on MeetMe he wrote something in reference to attractive teens.

Hamilton-Smith is still in jail with a $50,000 bond.
