PONCHA SPRINGS, Colo. -

A highway south of Salida reopened early Wednesday morning after several mudslides caused it to close Tuesday.

Hwy 285 over Poncha Pass reopened around 3 a.m., about 12 miles south of Salida.

The Colorado State Patrol reported three mudslides in the area on Tuesday. Two car were damaged during the slides. No one was hurt.

The slides happened on Hwy 285 near MM 125.
