Police Investigate Early-morning Shooting

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Colorado Springs police are investigating an early-morning shooting. It happened shortly before 2:30 Friday morning on Jet Wing Drive.

Police said when they arrived at the scene, they found a 21-year-old man with a gun shot wound. He was taken to the hospital where he remained in critical condition Friday morning.

Police said they have a person of interest in this case but no arrest have been made yet.

Police said they believe this is an isolated incident and there is no continuing danger to the public.
