Police search for missing teen

WOODLAND PARK, Colo. -

The Woodland Park Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a missing teenager.

Police say Alexandra Ponte's family hasn't seen or heard from her since Wednesday night (9/4/13).

Ponte's parents say she left the house around 7:30 p.m. and was heading to Memorial Park in Woodland Park.

Ponte, who also goes by the name "Ali", was last seen wearing a bright blue hoody and skinny jeans. She was also wearing a grey and black "Nike" backpack.

Ponte was wearing her hair pulled back in a pony tail when she was last seen.

Anyone with information about Ponte's whereabouts is asked to call the Woodland Park Police Department at 719-687-9262.
