Free dental care for adults and children in Pueblo this weekend

Hundreds of volunteers at State Fairgrounds

PUEBLO, Colo. - Colorado Mission of Mercy is holding a large dental treatment event in Pueblo on Friday and Saturday (Oct. 13 &14).

Low-income adults and children can receive free dental treatment from hundreds of volunteer dentists, hygienists and other dental professionals. They will offer free cleanings, fillings and minor oral surgery.

Uninsured, low-income individuals are invited to attend this clinic to address dental needs. All children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent to receive treatment.

Doors open at 6 a.m. Friday.  Patients will be treated on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointments will be made prior to the clinic and patients are encouraged to come early. Doors will be closed as soon as the clinic reaches its capacity each day, which typically happens early.

The event is at the Colorado State Fairgrounds at 1001 Beulah Ave., Pueblo, CO 81004.
