Pueblo coffee shop busted for hosting illegal gambling

PUEBLO, Colo. - A coffee shop in Pueblo has been busted for allowing illegal gaming in its establishment. 

Rush Coffee Co. off S. Prairie Avenue was raided on April 19.

Owners of the establishment are facing zoning and tax violations as well as various misdemeanor gambling charges which are being referred to the District Attorney’s Office.

Investigators found and seized a number of "fish games" from the coffee shop. 

This was the fourth bust of illegal gambling in Pueblo County this year. 

Three other places were also raided in Pueblo West on March 15. 

Eight people were arrested following that group of raids.
