Tree limb drop-off sites in Pueblo Co.

PUEBLO COUNTY, Colo. - The weekend storm left several residents in Pueblo County wondering what to do with their new, unwanted visitors taking up space in their yards.

For people living in Pueblo that now have massive tree limbs to deal with, you are in luck. You can drop the limbs off for free at Lake Minnequa Park, just off Pueblo Boulevard.

On Wednesday, an additional drop off point on the north side will open up. It will be located on Ridge Drive, just north of Outlook Boulevard.

Both locations will accept tree limbs from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven days a week until May 16.

Anyone living outside Pueblo but still in Pueblo County can take their broken tree parts to 20th Lane and County Farm Road. This location will be open until May 16.

Senior citizens or disabled people who need assistance can call NeighborWorks at 544-8078. That agency is coordinating volunteer crews to help the elderly clear their yards.
