While serving warrants in Pueblo, police arrest 4 & recover stolen items

PUEBLO, Colo. - The Pueblo Police Department made four arrests and recovered several stolen items during an investigation that began on Tuesday night and ended on Wednesday. 

Officers first went to the 1800 block of Blake. There they recovered a stolen vehicle and arrested 37-year-old Kenny Vigil and 22-year-old Jordan Perkins. Both had warrants for failure to appear. 

The second stop was in the 2800 block of 4th Avenue. Pueblo Police SWAT was serving a search warrant. During that investigation, law enforcement recovered a stolen vehicle and two stolen motorcycles. Charlotte Ortiz, 32, and Bernard Gonzales, 50, were arrested.

Gonzales was wanted on two Failure to Appear warrants which includes charges of Larceny, Theft, Resisting Arrest and Traffic Offenses. His bond amount is set at $6,000. 

Ortiz will be booked into the Pueblo County Detention Center on charges of Auto theft.

This is an ongoing investigation.
