Springs police need help identifying woman involved in disturbance
Colorado Springs - Colorado Springs police need help identifying a woman because they want to make sure she's safe.
She was involved in a disturbance Sunday in the area of Woodmen and Powers Boulevard.
She's described as Hispanic and in her late teens or early twenties.
