BLACK FOREST, Colo. -

A squirrel hunter in Black Forest could face charges after shooting a man who was working at a nearby property.

It happened off of Shoup Road early Friday afternoon.

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office says the man who was shot only suffered minor injuries. He was taken to the hospital for treatment.

The Sheriff's Office hasn't decided whether to file charges.
