Details released on fatal road rage...

DENVER - Arrest documents released by police paint a chilling picture of the confrontation and the ease with which a road rage incident unfolds.

In an interview with Denver police, 28-year-old David Garcia admits to shooting 28-year-old Miguel Baray.

Garcia tells police he honked at his victim because he hadn't moved at the green light.

When Baray flipped him off, Garcia pulled alongside him and shot him, according to the documents, "to prove his point."

Family members say Baray was recently married and an avid Broncos fan.

Garcia, who was driving a stolen car and had several warrants already, claims he didn't aim at Baray but was just trying to scare him.
