Fire ravages suburban Denver restaurant

HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. - A major road was closed and smoke was visible for miles around as a Chili's restaurant burned south of Denver Tuesday afternoon.

Flames fully engulfed the restaurant at S. University Boulevard and E. County Line Road in Highlands Ranch.

University was closed between County Line and C-470 because of smoke from the fire.

The restaurant was fully engulfed in flames and thick smoke poured from the building, obscuring visibility.

The cause of the fire is unknown. No injuries have been reported.
