Truck crashes into front of CPW Brush Office, closed until further notice

DENVER - A truck crashed into the Colorado Parks and Wildlife's Brush Office building in Denver, forcing it to close until further notice.  

On Dec. 25, a truck went through the front of the building, causing severe damage.

Authorities believe the driver fell asleep at the wheel. No official cause has been determined. 

No one was injured in the crash. 

Asbestos has been detected in some of the old building material which was exposed at the time of the accident.

Crews are working to clean up the damage. 

All customer questions will be handled by the NE Region office at 6060 Broadway until a temporary location can be established. 

This is an ongoing investigation.
