Planned Parenthood shooting suspect still not competent to stand trial

Planned Parenthood shooting suspect...

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - A hearing was held Thursday to review whether Planned Parenthood shooting suspect Robert Dear is mentally competent to stand trial.

The judge ruled that he is not. He is being treated at the Colorado Mental Health Institute in Pueblo. Dear's case will be reviewed again in 90 days.

The review hearing lasted about 10 minutes. In that short time, Dear had several outbursts, including wishing a "happy late Mother's Day" to those who haven't had abortions. Dear also said he was "for unborn women's rights."

Dear was charged with 179 counts in the wake of the November 27, 2015, shooting. The charges include murder, attempted murder, and assault.

Garrett Swasey, Jennifer Markovsky, and Ke'Arre Stewart were killed.
