COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Don't worry too much if you see or hear anything about a plane crash at the Colorado Springs Airport today.
A drill simulating a realistic, mass-casualty situation is happening at the airport.
The exercise involves more than 700 people from 32 different organizations. It will allow them to test their procedures when they are called to respond to a real aircraft emergency.
The simulation is divided into two parts; the simulated crash site and patient in-processing at area hospitals.
