Alorica in Colorado Springs shuts down, over 200 laid off

COLORADO SPRINGS - A California company will eliminate nearly 300 jobs in Colorado Springs when it closes its local call center by the end of the year.  

According to a letter to the Department of Labor, the Alorica facility on Corporate Drive will move positions to other facilities around the country.

Back in April, another company "Express Scripts" closed a similar call center in Pueblo.
