COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Colorado Springs Police say the the at-risk adult who went missing while hiking in North Cheyenne Canyon Park Saturday, has been found safe.
Police say Junior "Sylvester" Guirre, 22, was found Sunday afternoon by some citizens on 4-wheelers outside of Divide.
Guirre was returned to the Gold Hill Substation and reunited with his family. He did not appear to be injured.
Guirre became lost while hiking with his family on the Silver Cascade Trail in North Cheyenne Canyon Park. The family searched for several hours before notifying the Colorado Springs Police Department.
