I would like to say thank you to the community for all of the support shown to me and my family. I have a long road to full recovery ahead of me but your support makes it so much easier. I would like to extend a thank you to Memorial Hospital for their professionalism they showed during my stay.

My family and I would request for continued prayers and thoughts to the Flick family and all those who were affected by the shooting on Feb 5, 2018. There is still a lot of healing that is needed by all.”

El Paso County Deputy Micah Flick was shot and killed. Thousands attended his funeral on February 10th.
