Pueblo County Clerk Gilbert “Bo” Ortiz says that Senate District 3 voters can begin casting their ballots for the recall election beginning Friday (8/29/13) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Pueblo Elections Division, 720 N. Main Street.
Senator Angela Giron is facing recall for her support of Colorado's gun control laws.
The clerk’s office will have voting machines as well as printed ballots available from from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. each weekday (including Labor Day) through election day, which is September 10.
On September 10, all polling locations will be open from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Eligible voters (who have lived in Colorado for 22 days, reside in Senate District 3, are 18 years old and a U.S. citizen) can register to vote through Election Day with approved ID.
