WALSENBURG, Colo. -

The Huerfano County Sheriff's Office said  the 17-year-old girl who was reported missing last week has been found safe.

The sheriff's office said that 17-year-old Shanelle Bobian was picked up by Arvada police. She was being housed someone the sheriff's office called a person of interest.

Arvada police is investigating possible harboring charges. The Huerfano County Sheriff's Office said it will also look into the same charges for Walsenburg residents who withheld information.

Bobian hadn't been heard from or seen since August 22.
