WATCH: CPW releases bear family...

COLORADO SPRINGS - A bear family was captured in the Broadmoor area over the weekend and was released back into the wild, according to Colorado Parks and Wildlife.

On Friday and Saturday, residents in the Broadmoor Bluffs area spotted a momma bear with her three cubs in a garage.

Colorado Parks and Wildlife says the mother bear was tranquilized and trapped. Her babies were found in a nearby tree and removed. The bears were then released back into the wild.

Thankfully, no injuries were reported.
