Woman, 19, killed in rollover crash on I-25 south of Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - One woman was confirmed killed after she rolled her vehicle on southbound Interstate 25 south of Colorado Springs Friday.

Colorado State Patrol says 19-year-old Aspen Jones was the only one in the vehicle when it flipped around 12:30 p.m. It's not yet known what caused her to lose control of the vehicle, but alcohol and speed don't appear to be factors.

Jones wasn't wearing her seat belt, CSP said. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

KRDO will update this article when more information is available.
