From Pueblo Animal Welfare and Protection Society

POSTED: 07:35 AM MDT Aug 06, 2014    UPDATED: 08:37 AM MST Dec 01, 2015

Tara is a 3 year old spayed female Great Dane/Shar Pei who was an owner turn in She is house trained and has never been outside for more than an hour. Tara is house trained and she has not been crate trained. She is not good with men, and has never been around children. She is good with women. In her leash training she knows how to sit and she does pull a lot on the leash and this is because she is a big girl. Her personality traits include being shy/timid until she gets to know you, nervous, jumps up and she can climb fences she is very active and she does chew but given the right toys and activities this will probably decrease over time. She is current on vaccinations her adoption fee is $ 80.00 without her rabies and $90.00 with her rabies. We also offer micro chipping for an additional fee of $10.00. Please come and visit her at the PAWS for Life Animal Shelter for she is eagerly looking for a place to call her own forever.

Sweet little Hermin is looking for a very special family to give him the love he needs to come out of his shell! Hermin is now our longest term dog here at HSPPR. He can be very shy, but our staff and volunteer have been working with him, and once he gets to know you, he loves sitting on laps and getting gentle attention. Hermin needed some dental work when he first came in, but he has fully recovered and is ready to start his new life with YOU! His adoption fee is $65, which includes a voucher for a veterinarian exam, vaccinations, 30 days of health insurance, a 1-year dog license and a microchip.

Want to learn more about this dog, please visit our shelter at 610 Abbott Lane in Colorado Spring or visit our website by clicking here.
