Former Ohio State point guard Aaron Craft signed a one-year, partially guaranteed contract with the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday.

An undrafted free agent, Craft received a rookie minimum offer, his agent, Lance Young, said.

Craft played for the Warriors' NBA Summer League team in Las Vegas and averaged 7.4 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.6 steals and 2.4 assists in five games.

The 23-year-old, two-time Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year will join the Warriors for training camp. His addition boosts the roster to 14 players and comes after the team learned that backup point guard Nemanja Nedovic sustained a foot injury while practicing with the Serbian national team for the FIBA World Cup later this month.
