Local Forecast

Quiet today with changes Saturday - 03/09/18

Today: We expect lots of sunshine this morning with increasing clouds this afternoon. Generally, it will be a mild day with temperatures reaching the 60s and 70s in the lower elevations with the 50s for the mountains. Winds will only be slightly breezy at times and mainly staying beneath 10 mph. Even still, fire danger is elevated a bit, so be careful!

Tonight: Mostly cloudy skies take place overnight with lows dropping to the 30s. We'll stay dry in the lower terrain with the snow in the mountains.

Extended: Temperatures drop Saturday due to an incoming cold front in the morning. We'll have partly to mostly cloudy skies tomorrow with highs only in the 40s and 50s. It will be gusty, and we could possibly need a wind alert level one in effect (for gusts to 30 mph)! Because of winds and pockets of low humidity levels, fire danger will be a concern. However, we also have a few chances for a light rain and snow mix with little to no impacts expected. We have another chance for a few showers on Monday, but beyond that - we stay dry and quiet!
