Carl's Jr. to provide free Beyond Burger meals August 15

NATIONAL - Carl’s Jr. is giving away free Beyond Famous Star burgers Thursday to anyone who orders a large drink.

The fast-food chain is offering a free meal, made with the plant-based and soy-free Beyond Burger, to all customers who ask for the “Beyond Upgrade” with their purchase of any large beverage.

Carl’s Jr. has sold 4.4 million of their Beyond Famous Star burgers to date since the plant-based option launched in December 2018.

The deal will be available on Thursday, August 15th at participating locations while supplies last.

The restaurant says the Beyond Famous Star features a Beyond Burger patty with melted American cheese, lettuce, tomato, sliced onions, dill pickles, special sauce and mayonnaise on a seeded bun. The Beyond Burger patty contains no GMOs, soy or gluten and has lower saturated fat than regular beef, but still delivers tons of flame-broiled flavor and 20g of protein.
