PUEBLO, Colo. - The man accused of a hit-and-run crash in Pueblo has been identified.
Investigators say Anthony Vasco, 22, struck a pedestrian with his car at the intersection of E. 19th St. and Norwood Ave., just before 9 p.m. Wednesday. Robert Lee Arellano, 67, sustained several serious injuries and was transported to a hospital where he remains in critical condition.
