Police search for suspects after vehicle break-ins at Red Rock Canyon Open Space

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The Colorado Springs Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying two suspects who they believe were involved with vehicle break-ins.

CSPD responded to reports of a vehicle break-in at Red Rock Canyon Open Space on March 31. Upon arrival, officers found a vehicle with its window broken in and credit/debit cards stolen.

The credit and debit cards were later used by a man (pictured below). Video surveillance footage shows a white or Hispanic male suspect, who avoided the surveillance camera and parked a distance away from the store.

The man was seen in a late 90's model green extended cab truck - possibly a Chevy Silverado. (see photo below)

The woman was seen coming and going in a dark-colored SUV - possibly a Lincoln MKX. (pictured below)

At this time it is unknown if the two crimes are related.
